Giving this gift to our children is incredibly beneficial to their development. They are growing and changing at a rate that is unlike any other phase of life. With these changes come various aches and pains, and yes, even stress. Your baby is a conscious and aware little human being. They have the same feelings we do, they are just unable to express them in the same ways. Acknowledging these feelings, and addressing their stresses instills security and trust. These feelings will stay with them throughout their childhood, adolescence and even adulthood.

This class is best for babies between 2 months and crawling. (1 hr – 90 minutes in length)
