This six week session is an opportunity to bring awareness back into your breath, body and core. It is intended for anyone looking for a gentle hatha practice, a restorative practice or anyone who has given birth and is looking for an entry back into physical activity. There will be a breath work (pranayama) core engagement, a variety of yoga postures (asanas) and a well deserved rest (savasana) at the end. All postures will include modifications for you and what you are looking for and will include lots of bolsters, blocks and straps.

The class runs Thursdays February 21st- March 28th, 2019. Fee is $60.
