The Grandparents Class

This class is full of new research on what we now know about the change in parenting and how to support a new family. Thankfully we have had a focus on perinatal mental health and the needs of new families have really come to light over the last 20 years.

This class will discuss how to best support your children and grandchildren in the perinatal period, and how important it is to re-establish the village in our society. With practical tips and the science of what a new family really needs, this class will help prepare new grandparents to fully support their new extended family in the best way possible. Data on the benefits of grandparents in their childrens' and grandchildrens' lives will be presented with a roadmap of how to help the new family navigate on this new adventure!

This class is free for grandparents. To register, email Carol at
