This class will provide a safe space to share your story about your caesarean section and understand what is necessary in order to have a vaginal birth after section. We will explore pelvic floor balance, optimal fetal positioning, physiological birth, community policies and procedures, community standards and how to advocate for yourself! Follow up support is also available after this class.
