Mom and Baby Stroller Fitness is an hour long class that gets you a workout while keeping your baby close by. This class begins and ends at the Babies Naturally parking lot in Hyde Park (1124 Gainsborough Road). This class is focused on sweating, getting strong, getting out in the fresh air and setting your legs on fire with squats, lunges and love! Feel comfortable in your body and your skin in this class just where you are. You must be 6-8 weeks postpartum.
Class runs for 12 weeks (24 classes) on both Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 5th to June 23rd. Fee is $200. Email Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
This class is taught by Sarah Hutchison and Shoko Tiesma. Sarah, prenatal practitioner, is a mom to 3 boys and has been teaching Stroller Fitness, Bootcamp and Crossfit for mom and babies for 3 years at Babies Naturally. She holds a degree in Kinesiology, and has a wealth of knowledge about the pregnant/post partum body and is constantly learning about the best way for women to move. Shoko is also a mom to 3 boys. She works at West London Crossfit as a Level 1 coach, as well as Gainsborough Chiropractic. Shoko believes everyone is designed to be amazing no matter their age and experience. Shoko is passionate about learning and constantly has her head in a book seeking to learn more about the body.
