Breastfeeding is learned. There are many challenges for many people in their journey to breastfeeding. This 2 hour class will help you understand the anatomy, physiology of breastfeeding, how trauma complicates breastfeeding and what our community standards are for feeding infants. 

You will learn how to tell if you are transferring milk to your baby as opposed to your baby just being on the breast without actually feeding, other ways to tell if your baby is getting enough and what to do when challenges arise.
